We began offering property management services in 1996 with Sam working from a home office and splitting his time between property management, being a "stay at home dad", and commercial fishing in Bristol Bay. Sam's wife Loretta became licensed so she could manage the business while he was fishing in the summer. Income property owners began asking for sales services and in 2001 Sam and Loretta became affiliated with Next Home Real Estate, receiving sales training and practicing for five years in Anchorage and eventually Girdwood. In 2004 Rebecca Reichlin joined the team as office manager and is now a full time licensed real estate professional working with Sam and Loretta.

Today Sam is the licensed Broker/Owner and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) of Glacier City Realty, Inc. Rebecca is a full time licensed real estate sales professional, and Loretta assists seasonally in the summer time. The brokerage is a member of the Anchorage Board of Realtors and together our team offers sales service from Anchorage to Girdwood and property management in the Four Valleys area (Bird Creek, Indian, Portage, and Girdwood).
